I don't have User or pass to continue the process, but I'm sure that with
squid 2.4, I'm prompt for a user/pass and not with my proxy 2.5

Are you sure ? NTLM web sites cannot be proxied by design, so this seems to
me very strange.

The NTLM block is at source code level, there is nothing about in
squid.conf.
