It looks like your specified the wrong path in your config.

Also from your previous post in the thread it looks you don't have
permission to /var/cache/samba/winbind_privileged. Make sure you do a

# chgrp squid /var/cache/samba/winbind_privileged

Don't do

# chmod 755 /var/cache/samba/winbind_privileged

I tried that before and wbinfo -t won't work anymore.
