[squid-users] FTP Error --- FTP-Proxy

Hello Squidusers,
 
 I have two questions.
 
 1. Im Use IE 6 with Squid 2.5-5 and make a FTP Session to
  ftp.suse.com and the Browser tell me "TimeOut" and make
 a empty Site.
 I do the Same with Opera and i have a Connection to the Suse
 FTP-Host??!?!

What is the Error ????

2. I search a FTP-Proxy to runs as the same Machine as the Suid.
   the FTP-Proxy mus be run with any Standard FTP-Client over Port 21
  and should be use the Proxy authenitcation
