[squid-users] squid.conf

Hi all

I have a proxy server running on my network.
And my browser is pointing to the proxy server.

I too have a few http servers running on the lan.
My question is, how would I go about making it so that I DO NOT cache
anything for my network (192.168.111.0/24) browsing.
and also, would using the following improve the performance of my proxy
"cache_replacement_policy heap GDSF"
