[squid-users] Errror Message on Transparent Proxy

Good day,

I am deploying a transparent proxy based on Trustix™ OS Linux Proxy Server
SE (http://proxy-server.trustix.com/small/). I have successfully setup it
through the documentation from
http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/docs/HOWTO/other-formats/html_single/TransparentProxy.html

The problem is; when the client request an invalid URL, there is no error
message from Squid appear (the error message from error_directory option).
 Only the error message from the web browser will appear - something like
"yadayada(dot)yadayada cannot be found. Please check the name and try
again". Nevertheless, if I manually set the clients' web broweser to use
that proxy server, the error message from Squid will appear.

Does anyone have any idea on how to overcome this problem?
