No.
Request gets processed through the http_access rules in squid.conf
returning either true (accept) or false (deny). When encountering an
authentication related acl in http_access the user is authenticated and
the request rejected unless a valid login is provided in the request. On
successful authentication the login name is noted in the internal request
structure.
Request goes to the redirector.
