These message(s) may result from corrupted swap.state file(s) in one
or more cache directories as a result of a system crash (e.g).
You may try :
 
    1) shutdown SQUID
    2) Remove swap.state file(s) in each cache directory
    3) Start SQUID

Squid will rebuild this files based on objects 'really' available
in the cache.
Then these messages may disappear and or become much less
frequent.
