What more do you need than what is already noted in squid.conf.default of
squid-2.5.STABLE7?
Note: You need 2.5.STABLE7 as this acl was added in 2.5.STABLE7 and does
not exists in earlier versions.

There is no squid.conf.dist file in Squid, only a squid.conf.default
which is also installed as squid.conf if not existing already.
