OK, what I meant by content was perhaps "representation". The data
retrieved from the server should still remain the same, right? How the
data is then interpreted sure does depend on the charset. UTF-8 is not
compatible with ISO-8859-1--its only a superset of ASCII--but
still...the bytes remain the same?
