also requires you to have a SOCKS server somewhere on the outside of the
proxy on port 443.. (assuming you by stunnel refers to the windows stunnel
tunneling SOCKS over CONNECT, not the UNIX stunnel for wrapping TCP
connections in SSL)

Espeially considering you need one anyway somewhere..
