I try and the response is that all seems to work perfectly :-)
srvxproxy root # /usr/lib/squid/ncsa_auth /etc/squid/squid_passwd
www password
OK
srvxproxy root #
But the browser don't ask me for the username or password.
The NCSA is not what i want because I need the Active Directory authentication, I try the NCSa because I think it is more simple to configure and may help me to understand the problem....
Any other idea?

Go and look at this howto. At the bottom of the file is a section on debugging authentication with squid and ncsa auth. Maybe it will help: http://www.aerospacesoftware.com/squidguard-howto.html
