The use of files to hold acl parameters is hinted at in the FAQ, but isn't
explicitly explained.

Use the proxy_auth acl, but instead of listing usernames in squid.conf, put
a filename enclosed in quotes. Insert the usernames into that file, one per
line. Use a separate file for each "group".
