Squid configuration for time acl WORKING is not correct. As per configuration TAG,
time1 must be less than time2.

In your setting of acl WORKING time MTWHF 14:00-08:00,
14:00 > 08:00 so that
you are getting IGNORING Reversed time range Error.

Use 24 hour time and , Configure correct time settings there.
