Hello Mukundhan,

When you try previous ways you may possibly get all the sites being
blocked. This is because for dstdomain and dstdom_regex a reverse lookup is
tried if a IP based URL is used. So the following may used to deny the IP
Based URLs

acl ipacl url_regex http://[0-9]*\.[0-9]*\.[0-9]*\.[0-9]*
http_access deny ipacl

You need back slash before dot in the url_regex. otherwise all the URLs will
be blocked.

You can also specify a IP in the acl as below

acl ipacl dst 202.144.1.8
http_access deny ipacl
