It doesn't work at all.

I have set Apache's BindAddress to 127.0.0.1 but when I try connecting to
any Apache web page I get a Squid gerenerated error 'while trying to
retrieve the URL: http://127.0.0.1

Do any specific ACLs need to be set to make this work?
