[squid-users] msn messenger around proxy auth

hi

anyone have an ACL that enables connection from msn messenger clients
where proxy auth is in use?

The messenger client does not seem to be proxy auth aware, so it will
only work if the client has previously entered their credentials
through having requested some other site via a conventional browser
http request first. This is the workaround we currently have.

I'd be happy to have an ACL placed before the auth lines to allow
messenger login, but can't quite get the ones I've tried so far to
work.
