Here a little example:

acl Debian dstdomain http.us.debian.org
acl password proxy_auth REQUIRED
acl our_networks src 192.168.0.0/16

http_access allow Debian our_networks
http_access allow password
http_access deny all

In this example, all requests from the internal network (192.168.0.0/16) to
http.us.debian.org are allowed unauthenticated. All others requests need
user authentication.

Regards

Guido
