This site is using NTLM (Windows integrated) authentication, you can see
this because they are 3 entry in the authentication popup: User, password
and Windows DOMAIN.
This authentication schema don't work with any proxy servers by Microsoft
design.
The web site must be switched to Basic Authentication plus SSL.
On squid-users archives you can find many and many messages about this problem.
