Okay.. He's off topic.. WAY off topic. but I'll bite

If you are sure that those services are being offered, you just need to
poke holes into your IPTABLES/firewall to accept incoming connections to
those ports.

my iptables is sketchy.. something like

iptable -A INPUT -p tcp -m tcp -dport 110 -j ACCEPT
iptable -A INPUT -p tcp -m tcp -dport 25 -j ACCEPT
