This is the extract w cache.log while restarting squid, seems to be ok

2005/01/22 15:07:19| NETDB state saved; 776 entries, 25 msec
2005/01/22 15:13:01| Detected REVIVED Parent: w3cache.tpnet.pl/8080/7
2005/01/22 15:35:32| Preparing for shutdown after 318470 requests
2005/01/22 15:35:32| Waiting 30 seconds for active connections to finish
2005/01/22 15:35:32| FD 11 Closing HTTP connection
2005/01/22 15:35:32| Closing Pinger socket on FD 17
2005/01/22 15:35:35| Pinger exiting.
2005/01/22 15:35:41| Starting Squid Cache version 2.5.STABLE7 for i686-pld-linux-gnu...

but message on my console reads:
Stopping Squid.................[PROBLEMS]
Waiting to shut down...............[DONE]
Starting squid.....................[DONE]

I've got this line very often in log:
2005/01/22 15:07:19| NETDB state saved; 776 entries, 25 msec
but it shouldn't interfere
What happens is the swap usage grows 20% as much or more.I thought I had problem related to memory but the ratio [Number of HTTP requests received/Page faults with physical i/o, from FAQ] is 0.0007
Can anybody say where I shall start to search? FAQ says nothing.
