The solution depends on the specific application used.
Set log_mime_hdrs on in squid.conf.
-> Then try such an upload
-> Find the access log entry in squid.
-> Identify the mime type used.
-> Block it using http_access rules in squid.conf.
There is thus, no unique and immediate way to do this,
so to speak.
