[squid-users] Newbie and can't figure ACL out

I am a relative newbie here and I am trying to deny certain websites from
being displayed. Here is what I have thus far and for some reason it is not
working. If someone could have a look see at this snippet of code I would
appreciate it:

acl news1 dstdomain www.foxnews.com www.cnn.com www.espn.com
        http_access deny news1
        http_access allow all

I have restarted the Squid Service several times but to no avail. For
something that seems so simple, I'm just not getting it.
