GET http://www.google.com/search?q=c%2B%2B HTTP/1.1

received from the browser by Squid.

GET /search?q=c%2B%2B HTTP/1.0

sent by squid to google.

Are you perhaps using a redirector messing up the URL while it is
forwarded by Squid?
