[squid-users] squid-2.5.7_3 with ncsa-auth wont work

dear squid-supporting-team,

at first: i am sorry for my english
:)

i am running squid-2.5.7_3 on an FreeBSD 5.3-RELEASE-p2 system.

my problem is, ncsa auth doesnt work.

i put all required commands into my squid.conf and after a "-k reconfigure" squid correctly aks for a valid user/password combo....
i entered some correct combos, but then the authentication-box comes again....by clicking on "cancel" an errorpage with the following comes up:
"Cache Access Denied"

i really searched the whole german and englisch google sesults up and down...but without any success..

are some of u guys able to help me?
