[squid-users] squid control through mac address

I am using IPcop and the built-in squid with it as the proxy server. I
also have the DHCP server running for the client machines. As i have
DHCP, i cant control squid access based on the IP of the users. But I
have a list of the mac address of the users. Can i configure squid to
restrict access based on mac addresses ? Any docs on the same ??

secondly, i want to restrict access to yahoo messengers and msn
messengers in squid. How do i do that ? AMy doc/site would be helpful.
