[squid-users] Problem with Port access

Hello list,

I am new to squid, and am having a little problem with the default safe
ports.

I have read the docs and according to what I have read, the default
ports that squid will allow are 80 21 443 563 70 210 1025-65535. The
range 1025-65535 falls into a range that I wish to allow on my network
(port 10000 for webmin). However, with the current settings, http_access
deny !Safe_ports, which stats to deny all ports BUT my safe_ports, I am
still not able to connect to port 10000 (Webmin).

Can someone shed some light on what I need to do here?
