you need a router (eg. cisco router, pc router, etc) to intercept the http
traffic and redirect it to your cache server... maybe you are referring to a
pc router without using a cisco router... if your cache server and your pc
router on the same box, then you dont need a wccp service.. if not, you need
this to install in your pc router (http://wccpd.sourceforge.net/) and enable
wccp in squid..
