This is a known bug in MSIE for quite some time now.

If you heave a Microsoft support agreement I would recommend using this to
ask them to fix their browser. So far the bug has only been publically
confirmed in the Japanese version of the MS knowledge base (see
squid-users archives for link), and I think it would do good to push them
a little about this issue..
