When I try to log in to cachemgr.cgi I receive the following error:
The requested URL /cgi/blocked was not found on this server
Any ideas? I'm not sure why it is trying to load cgi/blocked (instead
of cgi-bin/blocked). I don't have a password set for the cachemgr.
