You know that you can place many logins in the same proxy_auth acl, don't
you?
acl users proxy_auth login1 login2 login3
acl users proxy_auth login4 login5 login6
...
What is the first "password" rule for? Looks malplaced to me, but I don't
know the details of your acls...
