Gnutella is a peer-to-peer filesharing network:
http://www.gnutella.com/

How this relates to Squid? I dunno. Perhaps your
Squid has been configured to disallow it, and some
user is trying to use a Gnutella client (such as
Limewire, Gnucleus, etc) on your network?
