Get new squid source version Stable9.

> cd squid-2.5.STABLE5
> ./configure --prefix=/etc/squid

You have to specify the auth modules configuration as,

./configure --prefix=/etc/squid --enable_auth="basic"
make
make install

Create user and password with htpasswd utility.
