You can't with Squid-2.5. Squid-2.5 does not know how to initiate SSL
connections.

If you apply the SSL update to Squid-2.5 then it can initiate SSL
connections, but it will still be a little confused as to what protocol
the request was originally accepted as (internally viewed as http://).
