Also I've found other squid crashes in cache.log* (once a week, and squid
automatically restarts, so it's just annoying):

FATAL: xstrdup: tried to dup a NULL pointer!

Page faults with physical i/o: 436
Memory usage for squid via mallinfo():
        total space in arena: 611653 KB
        Ordinary blocks: 600549 KB 3865 blks
        Small blocks: 0 KB 0 blks
        Holding blocks: 4864 KB 10 blks
        Free Small blocks: 0 KB
        Free Ordinary blocks: 11103 KB
        Total in use: 605413 KB 99%
        Total free: 11103 KB 2%

But one more time it is not relevant without core file.
