some logs please, are those requests logged as "TCP_IMS_MISS" ??
it should be really easy to add such feature to squid so it would be
possible to
ignore "TCP_IMS_MISS" for requests matching selected acl.
like "offline_mode on", but only for selected domain. f.e.
*.windowsupdate.microsoft.com
