[squid-users] Error accessing some of the pages

Hi, my users access some of the modules of on an Intranet application and
got the following error on their screen "Due to the presence of characters
known to be used in cross site scripting attacks, access is forbidden. This
web site does not allow Urls which might include embedded HTML tags".

On the squid access log, a 403 error is being captured.

Kindly advise is the above error from the Squid proxy end or generated by
the web/application server???
