# Adjust and add this to your squid.conf
acl port9001 port 9001
acl SomeSite dst secure.site.example
http_access allow CONNECT port9001 SomeSite
# Addition ends here

That setup will allow CONNECT requests (which SSL uses) to port 9001 of secure.site.example.

Less secure, but more flexible would be to add port 9001 to the list of SSL ports in the squid.conf.
