[squid-users] Website crashing Squid

Whenever http://www.k12foodservice.com/ is accessed, Squid restarts
with the following message:

Jul 21 16:15:40 proxy squid[25842]: Squid Parent: child process 25844
exited due to signal 6
Jul 21 16:15:43 proxy squid[25842]: Squid Parent: child process 26486 started

Our setup is somewhat complicated with a Squid process that only does
NTLM authentication. The request is then passed to DansGuardian which
then passes it to a second Squid process for retrieving the pages.
This is on a RedHat ES 4 box with squid-2.5.STABLE6-3.4E.9.
I can provide config info if needed.
