There is a lot odd things going on with cacheable 302 replies, not only
this. 302 is somewhat different from the other response codes wrt caching
(use of heuristics/refresh_pattern is forbidden by spec).

I am working on fixing some of this for 2.5.STABLE12. For details on the
progress monitor Bug #1420.
