[squid-users] ncsa_auth 2 questions

Hi,

I'm using ncsa_auth and I would like to know if I would encode the passwds
with md5, what can I tell to ncsa_auth to use it?
  
Also when some user is logged into the proxy, is there a way to log out
him, either by root admin or himself?
