Looking into your log file:

The helper is working fine, but:

/win32_check_group.exe[456]: Windows group: gproxy, Squid group: "gproxy"

What do you wrote in the external text file ?

"gproxy" or gproxy ?

You must write the groups name ONLY, one for line.

And why do you are using the -P option ?
It could be very dangerous if your PDC fails.
