I have configured Squid proxy server. It works fine.
But since
last few days, I am facing one problem for opening the

   http://www.cost723.org

I could open it successfully from other network
(Without Proxy).But While trying to open behind proxy,
it says time out,
Remote Host may be down etc..

What could be the reason ?
