Yes, as the requested domain is transmitted by the client in the Host
header of the request.
There is NO such indication of the proxy name given in the request sent by
the client, only the requested web server name. The only information
available at this level are
* IP of client (or DNS name of client if reverse-lookups are used)
* IP & port of the proxy the client connected to.
