[squid-users] Squid and radius (Urgent)

Hi guys

Can any body help me !
i've linux box that running on squid,
squid authenticate with radius server,the problem is after 1 hours or
2 hours ,squid accept any username and password,when i enter incorect
username ,passwd,squid or radius accept and brows the web page,
after reading many documentation,i couldn't find solution for this problem,
the squid version is squid 2.5 stable 12,radius server is nttacplus,
i dont know what the problem is?, is this bug or mistake configuration,
i've try to googling,i see the some note about authentication,that was
about caching userame password,and timeout of authetication,but it's
not suitable for my problem,

this is important when i shuting down or reconfigure squid,this
problem will be solve !!

Any idea what the problem could be?
