DNS cache failed to init

Hi!
I decided to upgrade from squid 2.5.stable10 to stable12. when I try to
start squid I got this error:

DNS server is local bind 9.
squid.conf setting:
  dns_nameservers 10.0.0.1
  dns_testnames netscape.com internic.net nlanr.net microsoft.com

Here is result from nslookup:

When I try to start squid without dns tests:
squid -D
but FQDN cache doesn't fill with new dns entries.
