Hmm, as far as I could experience now at home, on direct-DSL
the site is pretty slow too.

It contains at the beginning a line as in ;

<META HTTP-EQUIV="refresh" CONTENT="0;URL=/portal/welcome.asp">

I am under the vast impression, that the underlying portal is rather
very slow.
