[squid-users] can't access a particular website through the proxy

Hi everybody,
I've installed squid on a test box and everything is working fine except
for one site which i can't get through.

the URL is:
http://offairdec.ausfire.com.au:10001/

i am not sure why is this happening.

any help is appreciated

the logs give me the following message
