[squid-users] cache_mem, restarts, and low TCP_MEM_HIT

Hi,

I am running Squid 2.5 STABLE 12 in a reverse proxy scenario.

I noticed after a restart that the percentage of memory hits was zero. I
found an old message that says "this is expected":

Is it still expected in Squid 2.5 STABLE 12? Is there a fix in STABLE 13
or version 3.0?
