[squid-users] disable cache_peer for specific target URL

Hello,

we have configured squid to use a cache_peer.

Now we have the need to change that configuration in a way that a few
targets will be queried directly without using the peer. but all other
target will still be accessed using the peer.

Would cache_peer_access a way to reach this?
