[squid-users] follow_xff patch for squid

Hi :o)

I have a question about squid package. So I would like your support.

I want to install squid but then I have to install dansguardian. So if
I want acl's work fine I have to compile squid with a patch available
on:
http://squid.sourceforge.net/follow_xff/

The reason to apply this patch is here:

So, I want to know how to apply this patch because for me it's very complicated.
